  1. Out of curiosity, where do you source your Full-spread book cover images?

  2. I think most of the fiction covers are from mine or Mel's collection (we're both fans). For the likes of dust jackets or the American Gods TV tie-in I scan in two halves (standing the book on its spine on the scanner in the case of the latter, easy with such a thick book) and then Photoshop the two scans together to make one image.
